ARCHITECTURE
I'm calling out for a New American Craftsman Architecture, I call it past-modern.
A licensed architect in California since 1989, I have worked in local Bay Area offices for nine years.
I am willing to take on commissions anywhere.
I have gained experience in work on retail, restaurant, residential and educational facilities.
No job is too small to consider. My primary concern is the program, budget and satisfaction of the client.
Many Architects will lead with their own ideas and ego. Yet while it is true , I am an Architect with a vision and, yes a healthy ego, I know that it is my job to provide designs and construction drawings that suit your needs, save you time, money and headaches and to pass your local agency(s) requirements.
My rates are reasonable and compare favorably to other firms. Lets meet and I can provide a free quote on your project.

GATE STUDY
Lets create a new vision for our century, sustainable and long lasting.
A sustainable architecture is one that the next generation will save and cherish.
Passive solar and proper site orientation are the first steps towards efficiency and good design.
What we have loved about older buildings is that they have always included a
human touch, reflected a human scale.
More details, rhythms and patterns are now made affordable due to new technologies: cutting lasers, water jets, computer controlled cutters and on the horizon, affordable 3D printing in a variety of materials.
I have a definite interest in incorporating rich and refined concrete details and surfaces into an artistic architecture ( ok rough and crude could be great in the right place, too).
This is a new idea and business being launched.
